Grouping and aggregations on Vitess

Vitess breaks aggregation into local and global parts to handle queries across sharded MySQL databases. The evalengine module mimics MySQL expressions at the VTGate proxy level. Local aggregation runs on MySQL, while global aggregation combines those results at the proxy layer.
