Oklahoma is the fastest-growing US state for EV registrations, according to Yardi Matrix. The state has no ZEV mandates and minimal incentives but benefits from cheap electricity and high multi-car household rates. Montana, Arkansas, New Jersey, and Nevada also show rapid growth.
