Alibaba launches SkillWeaver AI framework

Researchers at Alibaba developed SkillWeaver, an enterprise AI framework that constructs execution graphs for tasks. The system selects appropriate skills for each node within a workflow instead of loading every available tool. This approach reduces agent token usage by 99 percent through the new Skill-Aware Decomposition technique.
