UPI Unclassified Transactions Rise to 10.65B

NPCI recorded 10.65B UPI transactions as unclassified in September 2026, representing 44% of the 24.07B national volume. Maharashtra led classified states with 2.36B transactions and Rs 2,73,884 crore value, while Karnataka and Uttar Pradesh followed with 1.25B each. This marks a significant increase from 13% in April 2023.
