Bcachefs exits experimental status in new 'performance release'

Bcachefs version 1.38.6, called "the performance release," drops the experimental tag. The Linux filesystem now supports 255 devices per filesystem, includes six performance optimizations, and fixes half a dozen bugs. The Reconcile operation is faster and more parallel.
