Meta's AI agent for WhatsApp Business is now available globally

Meta's Meta Business Agent AI is now available globally in WhatsApp Business and Instagram DMs. It answers customer questions, recommends products, books appointments, qualifies sales leads, and reroutes queries to humans. The agent is tested on select WhatsApp Business, Instagram Pro, Messenger, and Meta Business Suite accounts. Meta is piloting daily chat briefings and insights, and testing capabilities like market research, product feature highlighting, calendar management, and tool integrations.
