A consumer commission ordered the builder, Gruha Kalyan Proprietorship Firm, to refund all buyers' payments plus interest after a Bengaluru housing project remained incomplete for over twenty years. The commission also awarded Rs 35,50,000 in compensation for the harassment caused to the allottees.
