UK biotech venture investment reached a five-year high in Q2 2026, with total equity financing hitting £2.11bn. Venture capital alone hit a record £2.05bn, driven by Isomorphic Labs' £1.6bn Series B round. Excluding that round, VC investment still nearly doubled year-over-year to £498m.
