Databricks and Microsoft extend Azure partnership into 2030s

Databricks and Microsoft extended their strategic partnership into the 2030s. Databricks will run core operations on Azure and expand use of Microsoft's Arm-based Cobalt processors, adopting Cobalt 200 after Cobalt 100. Microsoft will integrate Databricks' data and AI technology across products including Microsoft 365, Teams, Copilot, Power BI, OneLake, Purview, and Microsoft Foundry.
