The FBI arrested Terry "Jiajia" Liu, a Customs and Border Protection supervisor in Calais, Maine, for stealing computer hardware from at least 46 Department of Homeland Security computers. Liu allegedly replaced the stolen parts with inferior hardware and cashed out the original equipment through Newegg's trade-in program for store credit.
