ENIAC's hidden programmers revealed

Six women, including Betty Snyder, programmed ENIAC in 1945 with only wiring diagrams and no manuals. They created the first working software for a general-purpose electronic computer, demonstrated on February 15, 1946. Their names were omitted from credit for nearly 40 years.
