Microsoft warns that fake CAPTCHA pages impersonate Cloudflare and other trusted services, tricking Windows users into opening PowerShell or Command Prompt and pasting a command that runs malware. The malicious pages replace normal CAPTCHA challenges with instructions to execute the command.
