macOS 27 drops Intel Mac support

macOS 27 Golden Gate requires Apple Silicon, ending support for Intel Macs. Intel Macs on macOS 26 Tahoe will get security patches for about two more years. Rosetta 2 will still run Intel apps in macOS 27 but will be limited in future releases. Apple is removing most remaining Intel code from macOS.
