16GB GPUs top Steam survey, but not for good reasons

The July 2026 Steam Hardware Survey shows 16GB GPUs at 25.9%, barely ahead of 8GB at 25.32%. Valve improved AMD card reporting and Linux/SteamOS aggregation skewed results. Windows still has 8GB dominant at 33.20%, and older cards like RX 6800 gained share.
