SE Solicitors tested an AI chatbot drafting a will for a fictional client. The document looked convincing but missed inheritance tax planning, pensions, digital assets, and partner questions. Solicitor Tom McInerney noted AI cannot ask follow-up questions or see gaps in instructions.
