Lithuanian web intelligence company Oxylabs ended more than a decade of bootstrapping in July 2026, raising €113.6 million from Warburg Pincus at a €3.1 billion valuation. The Vilnius firm, founded in 2015, took its first outside capital to gain a US-branded partner for AI deals. Chairman Julius Černiauskas says the money was not the main motive.
