Indonesian dairy producer Ultrajaya is seeking shareholder approval to acquire all of Frisian Flag Indonesia in a deal valued at 14.57 trillion rupiah ($821.2 million). The transaction will make FrieslandCampina Ultrajaya's new controlling shareholder.
