Introducing Bobbin: A diskless, API-only AppView for Tangled

Bobbin is a read-only, API-only AppView for Tangled that serves git repositories, issues, pulls, comments, stars, and follows over XRPC without permanent storage. Everything lives in RAM and backfills from upstream on restart. The entire Tangled atproto dataset fits in roughly 100MB of RAM after compression.
