TSMC signals chip price hikes due to rising costs

TSMC CFO Wendell Huang told the BBC that inflation is driving up costs and did not rule out price increases, but said the company would not impose sudden fourfold or fivefold rises. Chairman CC Wei separately told shareholders he would like to raise prices. TSMC is spending $165 billion on Arizona operations alone.
