Leapmotor Plans Overseas PHEV Launch in 2027

Leapmotor plans to launch plug-in hybrid electric vehicles overseas as early as the first half of 2027, according to a Cailian report. The Chinese EV maker is increasing investment in PHEV development to broaden its lineup. The company's exports rose 327.79% in the first 8 months of the year, and management has set a 2027 overseas sales target of 350,000 to 400,000 vehicles.
