Witt defers training for CLARITY Act push

Patrick Witt deferred his Georgia Army National Guard training to remain at the White House and advance the CLARITY Act through the Senate before the August 8 recess. This is the second deferral. Deputy Director Harry Jung announced he will leave his post in two weeks.
