Audi Nuvolari Convertible Could Be Limited to Tens of Units

Audi's Nuvolari supercar may get a convertible variant. The Nuvolari uses a Lamborghini 10,000-rpm V-8 and three axial-flux motors for 987 horsepower. CEO Gernot Döllner hinted at a convertible but said it would not be 499 units. Production for the Nuvolari Spyder would likely be in the tens, not hundreds. The coupe starts at $686,613 and performance remains identical.
