Android Adds Native Passkey Transfer Between Managers

Google's new Credential Transfer API lets Android users move passkeys and passwords between password managers without CSV exports. The writer moved 280 passwords and 20 passkeys from Google Password Manager to Bitwarden in under a minute. The API works on Android 8 and up, but Bitwarden and 1Password require Android 14. Apple shipped similar iOS 26 transfers last September.
