ShinyHunters claimed to have hacked Oracle PeopleSoft servers at over 100 organizations, mostly universities. The group exfiltrated student records including home addresses, phone numbers, emails, and dates of birth. The hackers originally attempted to compromise an FBI PeopleSoft server but failed.
