CMA CGM launches an electric inland vessel in Vietnam connecting a Nike hub to a deep-sea port. The battery-electric operation saves around 778 tonnes of CO₂ annually. The vessel covers over 160 km per trip with a capacity of over 50,000 TEU. CATL supplies the battery technology while a dedicated solar plant charges the vessel.
