Apple's foldable iPhone Ultra is reportedly entering mass production in late July, with key specifications finalized. Hinge issues, including defect rates and durability noises, have been resolved. Suppliers Hsinchu Hsing and Amphenol will provide the 3D-printed hinge module. A September launch is expected.
