Tencent PC Manager's QClaw AI agent opened international beta. Non-technical users deploy agents via WhatsApp and Telegram without command-line setup. The international version was built in five days with 99% of code generated by QClaw itself. It runs locally on devices with long-term memory and API key model integration.
