AMD Enables Host Image Copy for RDNA1

Developer Wei Zhao promotes VK_EXT_host_image_copy to enabled by default for RDNA1 GPUs in the upcoming Mesa 27.0 release. Previously, this feature was only active for RDNA2 and newer hardware, now extending direct data copying benefits to older graphics cards.
