Bending Spoons prices IPO at up to $1.62 billion

Bending Spoons is pricing its US IPO at $26 to $28 per share, seeking up to $1.62 billion at a $19 billion valuation. The Italian software company plans to debut on the Nasdaq in early July under the ticker BSP. Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan Chase, and Allen & Co are leading the offering.
