Public warms to workplace robots, not caregivers

Hexagon research found 56% of UK adults accept robots for lifting heavy items, but 82% want humans caring for the sick, elderly, and young. Only 5% would choose a robot caregiver. Familiarity and clear governance are key to overcoming public fear.
