Raana Semiconductors is in advanced talks to raise ₹100 Cr in a Series A round to scale its Czochralski crystal-growth equipment from 6 inches to 12 inches. An Indian VC is expected to lead with ₹50-₹60 Cr. The Hosur-based startup, founded in 2015 by Rajasekar Elavarasan, supplies systems to BARC, DRDO, and other national institutions.
