French cloud firm Scaleway acquired high-performance computing provider Qarnot to address growing cloud demand. Qarnot's systems recover up to 95% of heat from HPC servers for community heating. The deal strengthens Scaleway's HPC and AI capabilities. Both companies are headquartered in France.
