Claude Code has a built-in sandbox that isolates Bash commands at the OS level using macOS Seatbelt or Bubblewrap on Linux. Enabling it with /sandbox and auto-allow mode lets the agent run autonomously within the project directory without approving every command. Network access is restricted, and unsandboxed fallbacks can be disabled for stricter control.
