Samsung Validates Faster LPDDR6 RAM for Snapdragon

Samsung has validated its 16GB LPDDR6 RAM on Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Gen 6 chipset, the first such validation for that chip. The memory runs at up to 10.7Gbps, boosting bandwidth and power efficiency for on-device AI. The chip is rumored for the Galaxy S27 Ultra, though Samsung may use Exynos 2700 or older LPDDR5X in some regions.
