Mariana Minerals raised $310m in a Khosla Ventures-led Series B, valuing the two-year-old startup at $1.5bn. The company owns and runs US mines using its own AI stack, targeting 50,000 tonnes of copper annually at Copper One in Utah and battery-grade lithium at Lithium One in Texas by 2027.
