CAS draws trader backlash, Sebi holds firm

India's new closing auction system (CAS) has drawn sharp trader criticism over unpredictable price moves and losses. Calls for changes or a temporary rollback prompted Sebi and exchanges to meet top brokers, but the regulator told brokers it has no plans to change CAS for now.
