Niural Raises $52M Series A

Niural, an AI-native global payroll and compliance platform, expanded its Series A to $52 million with an additional $21 million from FOG Ventures and NewView Capital. The company launched Niural AI Labs to build long-horizon AI agents for regulated domains like workflow orchestration and automated compliance. Founded by Nami Baral and Nabin Banskota, the platform supports businesses across over 150 countries.
