Question Parser Extracts Five Field Families from User Strings

The parser extracts five field families from a user question: keywords, expected answer shape and type, scope hints, decomposition for compound questions, and a clarification field for vague inputs. Each field becomes a typed column on question_df. The system uses these fields to route retrieval and generation decisions.
