StartLux Open-Sources Decision Model Engine

StartLux open-sourced Prism, an inference engine for decision models, on GitHub on October 22. This release marks the first time such an engine is available openly, distinct from chat-oriented frameworks. The tool supports outputs like yes or no judgments and risk scores with probabilities.
