A loop-engineered pipeline for RAG question parsing holds the pipeline when a query like "what is the premium?" has no TOC match, sends a plain question to the user asking where to look, then re-parses the enriched question to fill the missing field. The small loop runs before retrieval and uses one LLM pass.
