Lambda MicroEgg Adds Scoped Binders to E-Graphs

Philip Zucker released Lambda MicroEgg, an e-graph tool with built-in binders, Miller patterns and capture-avoiding substitution. It is based on Max's microegg and supports up to 7 free variables via a byte stolen from each u32 ID.
