Cult.fit filed its draft IPO papers with SEBI, aiming to raise up to ₹4,000 crore through a fresh issue of ₹950 crore and an OFS of 17.86 crore shares. Temasek, Accel, Chiratae Ventures, Mukesh Bansal, and Tata Digital are among the selling shareholders. The company reported FY26 revenue of ₹1,720.6 crore and a narrowed loss of ₹251.9 crore.
