Jevmem Adds Automatic Memory to Claude Code

Jevmem, a tool from TypeSafe AI, automatically saves decisions, constraints, bugs and todos from Claude Code chats into a JEVMEM.md file, marking replaced lines superseded rather than deleting them. On 66 held-out turns, its median decision took 0.30 seconds versus 2.8 to 4.3 seconds for six current LLMs, with 98.5% save/skip accuracy. It is at v0.4 and automatic capture works only in Claude Code.
