Tesla Prepares US-Built Model 3s for Canada

Tesla Canada updated the Model 3 Premium Rear-Wheel Drive specs to 584 km range and 5.2 seconds, matching Fremont production. This change occurs under a 25% counter-tariff on US vehicles since April 2025. Orders for the cheaper Shanghai-built version remain paused until the government issues more permits, expected by March 2027.
