Alibaba T-Head chip to tape out this year

Alibaba CEO Eddie Wu said Aug. 20 that the second-generation T-Head chip will begin tape-out and production in the second half of this year. The chip offers stronger computing performance and interconnect bandwidth for large-model training. The Zhenwu M890 supernode has entered scaled sales, serving over 650 customers.
