Nvidia acquires Hugging Face for $12.93B

Nvidia announced Thursday it will acquire open-source AI platform Hugging Face for $12.93 billion. Over 18 million developers use Hugging Face to share more than three million models. Hugging Face will remain an open platform, and Nvidia compute won't be required to build on it.
