The Supreme Court declared zero tolerance for AI-generated fake judgments used as legal precedents. The court set aside an NCLT verdict, calling fabricated citations the "Methyl Isocyanate of law." The Bar Council of India must form a committee to prescribe disciplinary actions for lawyers submitting unverified AI material.
