Deprecating the DHE cipher suite for TLS connections

Vercel will remove support for the DHE-RSA-AES256-GCM-SHA384 cipher suite on June 30th, 2026. After that date, TLS 1.2 clients must use one of six remaining cipher suites to connect. TLS 1.3 connections and modern clients are unaffected.
