Some iPhone 18 Pro and Pro Max owners report crackling, popping or clicking from the earpiece speaker, triggered by app use, scrolling, notifications, calls, Airplane Mode toggling or brightness changes. Apple's iOS 27.0.1 update, released yesterday, did not fix it, and some users who returned their phones received replacements with the same issue.
