1996 Chat Room Simulator COMETLINK Launches

COMETLINK, a new online service that recreates 1996 chat rooms, is now live. Users dial 555-0100 to pick a screen name and join six rooms, with messages moderated before storage. The same rooms are accessible inside 56k.rip, a Windows 95 desktop, and dialup.rip, a Macintosh desktop, which dial 555-0156 to reach the modem pool.
